Neville is a highly experienced business leader in professional services, best known for pioneering innovation in the legal sector and building and scaling high-performing organisations. He brings deep expertise across strategy development and execution, business transformation and profitable growth-spanning organic expansion, M&A and international market entry-alongside extensive executive and non-executive board experience.
Neville spent much of his career at legacy firm Berwin Leighton Paisner, including 18 years as Managing Partner and then Senior Partner. Under his leadership, the firm achieved over fivefold revenue growth, tripled profitability, expanded into 10 countries, and developed a global reputation for innovation.
At ClarityX, Neville brings strategic rigour, operational experience, and board level judgement to help leadership teams deliver ambitious change with clarity and confidence.

Tom brings board‑level and executive experience from leading professional services businesses, with a particular focus on strategy, growth, and helping legal sector firms scale their service models and secure the right funding to support their ambitions. While based in London, he has worked extensively in the US and Asia.
Tom has served as the CEO of Lawyers on Demand (LOD), taking it from law firm ownership into private equity investment and then into a US corporate owner.
His prior roles include partnership at KMPG where he led the transaction strategy practice and as CEO of Kroll, the global leader in investigations and due diligence. He also currently holds non-executive chairman positions at two professional service firms.

Emma is a senior strategic advisor to the legal sector, specialising in strategy development and execution, with nearly 30 years’ experience supporting leaders on the decisions that drive sustained profit growth. She works with domestic and international firms to translate strategic ambition into disciplined execution – aligning stakeholders around clear priorities and embedding them through practical, deliverable actions.
Emma spent 13 years at Clifford Chance as Global Director of Strategy Implementation. Working closely with the Executive Committee, to shape and deliver firm‑wide priorities – including growth in key markets such as London and the US, and changes to the business model to strengthen long‑term competitiveness.
Previously, Emma was a Director at Hildebrandt, a global law firm strategy consultancy, advising law firms on strategic planning, M&A, profitability improvement, partner compensation, and client insight programmes.

John is a highly experienced former Chief People Officer, having spent over three decades operating at the most senior levels of international professional services organisations.
He combines deep people and organisational strategy experience with strong boardroom judgement and coaching capability, enabling him to work effectively with chairs, boards, management teams, and partnerships on critical people‑led issues.
John’s expertise supports projects spanning mergers, acquisitions and disposals; strategy development; partner behaviours and performance; and talent and leadership development. His work also covers EDI and ESG, embedding sustainable, values‑led approaches to people, culture and governance. John is also a qualified mediator (CEDR) and an experienced executive coach (Meyler Campbell).

He spent 20 years on the board at Pinsent Masons, where he was the architect of the Pinsent Masons merger and led the firm’s client and markets strategy, which encompassed law firm acquisitions, greenfield developments, and innovation in the delivery of legal services. In 2019, he was named Europe’s Most Innovative Lawyer by the Financial Times, reflecting his role in developing collaborative approaches with clients and third‑party providers.

Duc advises law firm leaders on the talent and organisational challenges that most directly affect competitive performance – from partner development and lateral integration to associate career architecture, workforce planning, and leadership succession. He brings a dual perspective: deep advisory experience working with law firms, combined with senior in-house leadership roles that give him first-hand understanding of what corporate clients expect from their outside counsel.
Prior to joining ClarityX, Duc served as Managing Director at Major, Lindsey & Africa and Landon Advisory Services, advising law firms and general counsel on organisational and human capital strategy. His earlier career includes senior executive positions at Motorola Solutions, Inc. and IBM, alongside legal practice at DLA Piper and White & Case in the US and Southeast Asia.

She brings expertise across strategy execution, organisational restructuring, profit improvement, and governance and people management – as a qualified lawyer she understands clients’ needs, firm dynamics, partner motivation, and fee earner performance.
Yolanda spent over a decade at Berwin Leighton Paisner / BCLP, advancing to COO of its largest transatlantic department. In this role she played a central part in supporting the firm’s transatlantic merger, improving profitability, and restructuring the Department’s practice groups.
Yolanda has experience across the full breadth of the legal ecosystem – from private practice and in-house counsel to offshore legal service delivery. She subsequently served as COO of Forresters IP LLP, with full executive accountability across all business support functions.
